Shipping policy

Made-to-order fulfillment

Our merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Products may ship from different fulfillment centers and may arrive in separate packages.

Processing time

Most orders require approximately 2–5 business days for production before they ship. This is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and estimates

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout based on the products and destination. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs or peak demand.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after shipment. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

International orders

International orders may be fulfilled outside the destination country. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect addresses, returned and lost packages

Please verify your address before ordering. Address changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. Reshipping charges may apply to orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because they were unclaimed. If tracking has not updated and the package is more than five business days past the estimated delivery date, contact info@theoctopusbar.com. Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
